There is a lot of controversy with President Donald Trump’s statement that the North American continent should include the amalgamation of Canada, Greenland and the United States of America. 

The wailing and gnashing of teeth coming from the media talking heads, politicians, and others who want to maintain the status quo and the control mechanisms that they have had in place for centuries is a clear indication that it is destined to happen.
